Mr.S.V.R.Rao is a graduate in Agribusiness Management from IIM Ahmedabad, an M.Sc. in Agricultural Sciences (Plant Breeding), and a gold medalist from Pantnagar University with 37 years experience in the seed business.

M.Sc. in Agricultural Sciences from Banaras Hindu University, Mr. D. V. Ranga Rao has worked for 11 years in International Crops Research Institute for the Semi-Arid Tropics (ICRISAT) in Legumes Crop Improvement Program. He has been involved in developing insect and pest resistant/tolerant varieties for Spodopetra damage in groundnut crop.

Mr. C. RAMA KRISHNA has more than 32 years of rich experience in R&D, in the field of crop breeding. He has worked for 11 years in ICRISAT, an International Crops Research Institute of CGIAR Group, located at Patancheru, near Hyderabad, and for 18 years at JK Agri Genetics Ltd., where he served as Vice President – R&D, before joining NSPL.

Mr.K.Venkat Rao has been associated with NSPL since August 1985.

With a post-graduation from Kanpur University and a Ph.D. from Rajasthan University, Dr.S.K.Tripathi has an experience of more than 20 years in the Seed Industry. He has worked in National & Multi-National companies where he headed the R&D division. During his tenure, he has developed more than 75 hybrids in major high value vegetable crops.

Mr. S.V.Raghavendra, MDP - IIM (Ahmedabad),  ELP- IIM (Calcutta), B. Com., ACA, CS, Advanced Diploma In French, and AIM (Manila, Philippines) has over 25 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Taxation, M&As and Strategic Management, Manufacturing, Financial Services, International Finance, etc., and has held senior positions in various organizations as CFO since 2003.

With a B.Sc. in Chemistry and PGD in Marketing Management, Mr. A.G.Vijay started his career with Syngenta India Limited in 1982 in the Pesticides division, as Head of Advertising & Marketing Communication. From 2001 to 2008, he worked for Mahyco Seeds Limited as National Business Manager (Vegetable Business Unit) after which he joined NSPL.
